Stock Company «Moscow Industrial Union for Diamond Tools Production» with production of diamond tools makes elbor (borazonovy) profile rollers used on modern tool-grinding tools instead of abrasive tool. Qualitative sharpening of tape saws is carried out by rollers that allows to receive on saws equally pierced profile of tooth: with identical forward and back corners on all length of a saw without burnings marks and microcracks. Thanks to their design which completely repeats tooth profile and type of sharpening (sharpening of all profile of tooth at once with application of oil cooling) this tool increases service life of used equipment to three times.

Sharpening of tape saws is carried out by rollers produced by our association practically for all profiles existing in todays market. Nomenclature of elbor rollers produced by our association constantly extends and to this moment it includes rollers of diameter 127-350ìì with various step. Wide list speaks that capacities of association allow to let out elbor (borazonovy) rollers not only with standard profile (10/30) but also other profiles according to position of customers, as a rule, in accordance with samples that allows them to make as much as possible qualitatively sharpening of tape saw and it allows to use our tool with greatest efficiency. With correct application of profile elbor roller its life-resource makes to 10km of grinding surface.
